About Dragonis Games
Dragonis Games is the Greek horror studio of Ares Dragonis. How it started, who makes the games, the partners and the awards.
Dragonis Games is an independent horror studio in Greece. It began in 2019 with one person, Ares Dragonis, teaching himself Unreal Engine by building an island he would not want to visit.
That island became The Shore, released on Steam in 2021 and on PlayStation 5 in 2026. Eresys followed as a co-op cult horror game, and Necrophosis took the studio somewhere drier and stranger: a desert of bone and rust drawn from the paintings of Zdzislaw Beksinski.
The games are made by a small core team with long-time collaborators, and published on console by Iphigames and PQube.
